The biggest thing for us was to find an agent who was going to do right by us when it come to selling our first investment property. Rob was our guy! The moment we stepped into Rob's office, he greeted us with his fantastic knowledge of the market and was straight up with us on prices. We knew the timing wasn't the best to sell but we were ready. Rob promptly visited our property and apprised it at a price we were very happy with. Once Rob and his amazing staff arranged everything for our sale it was sold within 3-4 weeks. During that 3-4 weeks Rob's communication was outstanding. We knew what was happening every step of the way. Once we settlement day happened which was Waitangi Day, Rob and his lovely wife actually came to our property and helped with the final touches for handover, He took rubbish away on his ute. Now what agent would do that! We found the perfect agent. Knowledgeable, honest, professional and we had many many laughs throughout the sale.
