Found a great buy for me

Kath urged me to see a property I would not otherwise have considered and was very encouraging throughout the buying process. The only niggle I have was that I raised a couple of concerns during the final inspection. These were taken rather casually and ended up costing me some money. Still, I enjoyed my interactions with Kath and thank her for finding the ideal place for me.
