Market Knowledge - We had good communication on suggested ways to market and practical changes that could be made on the house. Communication - We were in constant contact and any opportunity was taken to get potential buyers through to see the house. Not afraid to call and do something out of the ordinary to generate a sale. Professionalism - The advertising campaign went well and open homes were well run and generated a lot of interest. This resulted in a multi offer situation in less than a week that was also well run. Kristina dealt with the buyers in a professional manner and the behind the scenes admin was well carried out. Very happy with Kristina as an agent and very happy with the resulting offer and sale.
