Cory was an absolute legend to work with. We could not be happier with the way he lead us through selling our first home, it wasn’t always smooth sailing but Cory provided us with great advice throughout that process and got the end result we were after. Such an easy guy to talk to and communication was excellent! We’d recommend team Townsend to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks team!
Jamie is professional and personable, He made us feel comfortable with all questions and went the extra mile to get us over the line - loved working with him : )
Our house proved to be a difficult sell because of location and a depressed market. However we always found Jamie very professional and he offered good advice on staging and marketing. He was always willing to have open homes and his commitment and that of his team, helped us achieve a sale.
Cory was recommended to us by a friend in Stratford. We wanted to sell our rental quick and we needed someone who was going to take on the difficult task, especially as we had a tenant. He was super knowledgeable in regards to way the rental laws worked as he owns one himself. This was amazing, as I could ask questions and he would give me honest answers. When it came to selling the house he wasn't sure about the area as there was nothing in the area that had been sold recently. He took it upon himself to meet with the tenant , explain the selling situation and come to an agreement, along with doing amazing videoing and marketing. I was super worried that we weren't going to have anyone come and look at the house. Our first open home went so well! I was soo surprised! We ended up with two offers and decided to go with the buyer who we thought would love our home in the end. Cory worked so hard back and forth with negotiation and getting quotes with us, he defiantly went over and beyond my expectations with the selling of our rental. The process was extremely quick and easy, just what I needed in these stressful times. The best bit was that Cory was sooo chill! Plus we could banter with each other, made the relationship between us worth it! I'd 100% recommend Cory to anyone selling their home or rental, he is worth the investment! Thank you cory for all your hard work.
Jamie came reccomended to me by numerous people who had used Jamie in the past. Could not praise Jamie enough for the work that he put into the sale of my property. Jamie was extremely efficient in his communication and had a vast amount of knowledge in this area, which put me at ease during this process. Jamie went above and beyond for advocating for me as the vendor to ensure my needs were met. I highly recommend Jamie and will continue to use his knowledge and skills in the future.
Cory's communication skills are second to none. All the way through agent purchaser engagement process, Cory replied to and keep me updated on all questions that I needed answering. His professionalism cannot be challenged and was a pleasure to work with. His communications were always prompt and there always a genuine approach to working with the purchaser. Cory will go a long way as a trusted real estate agent.
We purchased our new home with Jamie and we’re impressed with his level of care and professionalism. We would recommend that Jamie is someone you could happily purchase a house with.
Entrusting Jamie to sell our rental investment property was a no brainer. What you see is what you get with him. This is now the third time we have used Jamie to sell and purchase and time and time again I am blown away by his work ethic, transparency and knowledge. You are simply a breath of fresh air Jamie and we appreciate everything you have done for us.
It was fantastic working with Jamie, he was very honest and offered great insight and knowledgeable. Jamie was professional and charismatic which gave us the confidence he would work hard to to sell our home, and he did. Communication was great throughout the process and would definitely use him again in future.
Having Cory Townsend of Lugtons help us through the process of selling our house has been a wonderful experience. Despite the difficult market at the time, Cory's market expertise, proactive marketing, and communication skills resulted in a quick and successful sale. It is our pleasure to recommend Cory to anyone who is seeking a top-notch agent who delivers exceptional results and goes extra mile. Thank you Cory!
Jamie helped us to sell both our rental property and our family home. From the beginning he was friendly and explained the process very clearly, giving his reasons for recommending a particular approach to marketing. The appraisal he gave on both properties was pretty accurate which helped our expectations. Throughout the sale process he worked hard to run the open homes, get feedback from potential buyers and keep us up to date with how the process was going. Though we didn't see his negotiating with the buyers, we had the impression he was respectful and effective in drawing their best offer. We feel he also made good decisions about when to bring all the offers to the table. We were happy and would recommend Jamie.
Jamie is a delight to work with, always positive and cheerful. Will recommend Jamie to my friends.
