Another great experience with Shady.

In the past, my sister and I had used Shady to sell our respective properties and we had been very pleased with the results so it was a 'no brainer' that we would use his expertise & experience again to sell this property. The initial meeting to review the property and fill in the ‘paperwork’ went very smoothly. Within two weeks the property was on the market and from that time it had sold within the week! Communication throughout the whole process was amazing - the use of WhatsApp to regularly update us with progress worked extremely well. Shady left a short voice message with the updates on how the open homes had gone and how comms with various interested buyers was progressing. Narges did a fantastic job on the advertising front.
