Selling our Christchurch investment property through Attia Real Estate proved to be an excellent decision. The property was sold in a very competitive buyer's market, and we accepted an offer from a first-home buyer. What we didn't anticipate was the number of conditions that followed. Shady's calm command of the process, ability to proactively oversee all the milestones and advise on tactics of the campaign made such a difference to the journey and the amazing outcome. His clear updates via voice memos, text and calls were always purposeful, decisive and informed. On several occasions where potential issues arose or buyers' questions needed answering, he jumped on them so they were resolved quickly. The admin support and use of technology were first rate. And the suppliers used for tradie fixes, marketing collateral and staging did a fantastic job. They are obviously a very well-oiled machine! This is the second time Shady has sold a house of mine and I have been delighted by the service and the outcome.
