We only began looking at houses at the Mount for sale on the web after tea last Wednesday Night. We liked 57 Gardenier Drive, and rang Matt, the agent at Tremains, Papamoa, at 9pm. He told us there were already two other offers, and he would be showing these to the owners the following afternoon.
