I first met Matt about seven years ago when we were looking to buy our first home. He went out of his way to meet us in the pouring rain one evening so we could view the house. Matt is very professional and made every effort to source additional information I requested on the property. It was initially difficult to view the property because of 2 Covid related interruptions but Matt obliged by ensuring I had the opportunities to view the house as I felt I needed in the 6 short days prior to the auction. Matt was also extremely helpful with advice on a bidding strategy, which I used with success. On the day of the auction Matt was reassuring and supportive during the actual auction for the property, which I certainly appreciated.
