Very clear understanding of the difficulties associated with selling a Company Share property

Anna had to deal with all sorts of complications during this sale. Company Share properties are not easy to sell and yet, even when our relative died on the eve of an offer being accepted, she remained calm and respectful of the circumstances but was still focused on the task in hand. In the first instance, she made useful and practical suggestions about things we could do with the property to make it more readily marketed. She recommended virtual staging of the unit, which we are certain generated most of the initial interest in it. Her communication with us at every stage was nothing short of brilliant - we were never left dangling (to the point where she emailed and messaged us to make sure we got the information in a timely manner). When an interested buyer was found, Anna took the initiative and arranged a meeting with the other owners of the company share units. That meeting went exceptionally well and a signed agreement was made indicating acceptance of the new parties. It also proved useful because one of the other owners offered the chance to visit her home, which has been extensively modified and updated in the manner that the new owner is proposing. We would definitely use her services ourselves again and would be happy to recommend her to others
