Proactive, Communicative

Sarah made the whole process of selling my house so easy. She was willing to go the extra mile, being very responsive and communicative throughout. She helped me to organise various things that needed to be done when I couldn’t make it to the property, and supported various trades to access the house in my absence. During the open homes, Sarah kept me up to date through phone calls, emails and texts. When the house was under offer, Sarah kept me informed at every stage, and when the first sale fell through, she helped me navigate through the different options to give me the best possible chance. The house was sold again immediately afterwards and from then on it was a breeze. I think the friendly and informative communication was excellent. I felt I could text or call, whenever necessary, but I rarely had to because Sarah was always proactive. So although I had some tricky issues to deal with, I always felt it was in hand and not a burden. All in all a great experience and I couldn’t have asked for more.
