Kate came to my attention while she was introducing herself at CBD locations. Kate made an impression as being friendly and relaxed. Once I got in touch with her she was prompt, professional and easy to deal with. She explained clearly how she/Tall Poppy worked and provided a prompt, easy to follow appraisal. Kate was understanding of my situation and provided clear information for me to make appropriate decisions about the sale of my property. She made appoinments to suit my needs. Marketing information for the property was excellent. The process went smoothly with prompt follow ups after open homes and with presenting offers. Once an offer was accepted Kate acted promptly and kept me fully informed. Overall Kate was approachable, friendly and confident which meant to process was not stressful for me.
