We first approached Jacki to view a house on the market. After viewing the house we were interested in putting in an offer, only catch being we had to sell our house first... which wasn't even on the market yet! Jacki promptly came to look at our house and had an evaluation ready the next day. After meeting with the bank we put a conditional offer in for the house we wanted (conditional to selling ours) and a few weeks later our house was on the market.
