Shannan recently helped my husband and I purchase a house when we had a whirlwind trip to Stratford and needed to buy a house that weekend. We had booked 3 different houses to view through her alone that day and multiple other houses with various agents. Shannan immediately understood what we needed as a family and although we did a 'drive-by' and ruled out a house from 'pavement' aka book value - she insisted we really needed to view that particular property. Went all out to arrange a viewing for us. Explaining what she could of the property for us. We went again the next day also unexpected as I had very short time frame as not travelling with own vehicle. Answered all questions and made enquiries and got back to me.
