We had previously met Monica at an open home we attended. She was the best most informative agent we had met, also amazing and lovely with our kids! So when we were selling our house to move to Australia we had Monica and then another agent come for an appraisal. Monica was as lovely as the first time we met her! So of course she was our first pick. Through out the whole process we could never fault Monica! She managed to put up with my endless questions, also our impatient self’s 😂. Even at the end when things were a bit stressful Monica was amazing! She is a down to earth lovely lady. We would 100% buy or sell with her again if we came back to New Zealand. We couldn’t recommend Monica enough! Thank you Monica you are amazing you have shown us what a real agent is like ! Words can’t express the gratitude we have for all your hard work and effort put in to helping us get what we needed! ☺️ p.s her chocolates are the best even the kids thought so too !
