Peter always turned up on time. He had a good knowledge of the market . His expectations of the value of the property were lower than ours , however by aiming higher we were able to negotiate to roughly the figure he had originally suggested. We were happy with the settlement price. The company has a wide range of marketing strategies and he organised these well. He ensured that we were able to seal the deal in the very short time before Christmas
