We tasked Peter with a job and he got it done. We spelt out our clear, firm, tall but realistic expectations. Peter listened, understood, was in agreement and so said he could deliver. Speaking frankly - there was no bullshit. Peter just openly conveyed this onto the purchasers so they knew exactly where we stood and know-one wasted anyone else's time. A revised offer came in and the deal was done. Dealing with Peter and his co-workers at Tall Poppy Alexandra was easy, clean and simple. They were easy to contact, conscientious, and efficient. Contracting Peter to sell our property was not only a smart move, but the right move for us. Bang.... Job Done.
