Fabulous Agent
Stacey sold us our house in 2016 in Alexandra. She has keep in contact over the years to see how we are going with it. In August we decided to sell. A big thanks to Peter for selling my parents house in a very quick turn around. Great to deal with.
With all what is happening with inflation, interest rates etc in NZ, found Peters market knowledge very helpful when looking at house value and getting the best deal for my parents. Peters good communication and dealings with my father was also appreciated.

Very SEAMLESS!!!
Leona has been very professional throughout the whole process of assessing the property, providing advice on how & what to do to prepare the property for sale, including the excellent promotional pack & photos. She also provided excellent very cost efficient contacts to prepare the property for sale (cleaning, packing & decluttering, garden preparation etc). A HUGE benefit to me was Leona's ability to provide appropriate, & what turned out to be a very changeable & challenging Real Estate market due to global inflation including rising interest rates. Although very professional, Leona was very approachable & available for advice throughout. She also displayed immense empathy & understanding while I was going through significant stressful family issues. Leona was always honest, while also being discrete when appropriate. I will definitely recommend Leona Munro, & Tall Poppy, to any of my contacts involved in selling or purchasing a property.

Excited New owners
