What's around 9 Hunt Terrace

A very special home in a stunning location

What a stunning location; with Faulkner's Bush reserve as your neighbour you awake to the sound of birdsong, and can watch the pigeons and tuis swoop in the mature Kahikatea trees just across your boundary. The large 219m2 home has 4 bedrooms ( or 3 plus an office or play room?), a modern bathroom and kitchen, 2 toilets for convenience, and sits on a private 1171m2 section. The spacious and light filled living rooms are heated by a heatpump and logburner, and the dining area opens out through large sliders to a sunny deck with that beautiful reserve backdrop. The garaging is an internal access 3 door garage plus a workshop. The big section provides space for all your needs; a lovely flat lawn area for the trampoline, that beautiful sunny deck perfect for BBQs, a chook enclosure, a vege garden, several woodsheds, a covered trailer-port/storage area, and a she-cave or playhouse with a wee deck for a cheeky afternoon wine! Just a short walk through the reserve and you are at the Wakefield village with its shops, school, pre schools and cafes. The owners love this special spot and are very sad to leave, but family reasons are calling them away. Come and grab their beautiful piece of reserve side peace and tranquility.
