Fantastic easy going agent
Lorraine Barrett gave us an easy going experience selling a property. This is not the first time we have used her as we know she gives great advice, has great market knowledge and knows what’s works and what doesn’t. She delivered the results more than expected. Fantastic Service!
It has been a joy to do business with Lorraine! Lorraine clearly has a wealth of experience in real estate marketing and sales, and willingly shares her knowledge with a smile. I interviewed sales people from another agency, and found that they lacked credibility, they failed the BS test miserably., and their proposed fees seemed quite high. Conversely, discussing the marketing of my property with Lorraine, I felt very confident in her ability to deliver. Together we agreed on sensible pricing for the property, and her suggested BEO strategy made sense. The Tall Poppy fee structure was presented to me clearly, and I was confident there were no hidden costs. I prepared the property well, and Lorraine did exactly what she had meticulously planned. Shortly after the first open homes, I received an offer. Lorraine continued to market the property, and we came close to receiving back up offers. As it turned out, we did not need any back up offers, Our first offer signed a conditional contract , and has subsequently gone unconditional, with settlement pending. Lorraine communicated with me in a timely manner through each step, discussing negotiation of the price and all other relevant details. I am very happy to have worked with Lorraine on this campaign, and recommend her very highly. Thanks Lorraine, Great job! Yours Randall

The Best Yet
From the very first meeting there was outstanding enthusiasm in ensuring a professional and fully informed viewing of the property. On signing purchase agreement the process that followed was communicated professionally and Lorraine ensured we were updated any time required. There would be no other agent from memory that has left such a lasting impression of joy in the whole process of purchasing a property.
