Dealt with Shelley over a 4-5 month period as my wife and I purchased a property she had listed (with sale of our current house condition). Fair to say it took a couple of months longer to sell our property but Shelley was very accomodating and informative whilst we worked through that process. Everything worked out in the end and we had a very positive experience.

This is the second time that Bruce has helped our family to sell a property. Bruce is professional and dependable. He got the house on the market within a minimum of fuss, which is excellent when organising a house sale remotely. He assisted with getting the house ready for market, including letting various tradespeople into the house to do maintenance work. His communications were outstanding, especially when we needed a change of plan in the marketing of the property soon after it went to market. He is respectful of all of the people involved in the process, keeping me, my mother, the buyer and lawyers informed along each step of the process.
