We met Anj on a Sunday at an open home and we clicked with her right away. She was so kind and had a genuine interest in us which is hard to find with some real estate agents. We loved the home and made a preliminary offer and by Tuesday Anj had been in touch with the owner and we reached and agreement and started our due diligence the next day. We went through a process to recruit someone who was proactive, displayed energy and enthusiasm for real estate and didn't present to us the same old market information and selling process like you generally receive and we did from other candidates/agents.
