She has excellent negotiating skills and ability to read people which is clearly a result of her perceptiveness and considerable experience. Throughout the process she was able to see the bigger picture and able to advise what were items of concern and what items we should not get too stressed about. Once we had an offer on the table Debi did not sit back but instead continued to work and ensured we also had a backup offer – she has an amazing work ethic. The process of selling our property through Tall Poppy and Debi has has been a lot less daunting than i was expecting it to be, this was largely due to the fact that Debi is a very honest with a warm person with a caring nature. Debi is a great communicator and talked us through all our options and guided us every step of the way, which led a great result for us. Debi was very easy to deal with and kept us well informed of progress throughout the whole sales process. Our property sold quickly without alot of the hassle and stress the larger Real Estate companies offer, this was particularly important to us as we have a young baby. Debbie is wonderful to deal with she is really efficient, as soon as I said I wanted to put an offer on the house we were meeting that same day to sign up the offer and I also got to hear back if my offer was accepted or rejected on the same day. She is also really knowledgeable of what the real estate market is doing and has researched latest sales data so you can fell assured she has priced the house at the correct price that is both fair for the buyer and the seller.
