Fantastic Experience
We have had a great experience with Susan she is such a very positive and friendly agent. Susan’s in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in our area has been exactly on point. With her marketing experience and preparation skills she was able to find a buyer for our home at the first advertised open home. Susan made this whole experience of selling our first home so quick and easy. We would be happy to recommend her as an agent to any friends and family looking at real estate options. Very possitive
Janet was very easy to talk to. She explained everything in a straightforward easy manner to follow the whole process of selling my house. Practical and Positive
From the outset, Susan had done her homework in regards to our house sale. She had VERY RECENT and RELEVANT market knowledge and sales history to talk through with us. This instilled confidence in her ability to sell our house at the price guide discussed. She was always very positive and confident about the sale of our house which was refreshing. Problems/changes weren’t issues, they were just tasks to work through for her and we really appreciated her positive attitude and easy nature through it all. Always professional, always clear open communication, and we always felt she was working with our best interest at heart. All in all , highly recommended.
