Brian and Andrea were invited to make a pitch in obtaining our property listing when we decided to sell. We wanted to learn what they could offer bearing in mind the Tall Poppy fee structure. They answered all our questions in great detail and convinced us that they were capable of maximising the sale price of our property. They presented a marketing plan that at least equalled the competition and we decided that Brian was a good negotiator and as long as we attracted genuine buyer’s Brian and Andrea would obtain the best price possible. Bearing in mind Tall Poppy’s fee structure we saw no value in going elsewhere (we did listen to pitches by two other companies). Brian and Andrea were particularly helpful at open homes and went the extra mile in ensuring our house was seen in the best possible light whilst kept secure. Brian and Andrea delivered by obtaining an offer we were very happy with in a relatively short space of time. Our confidence in them was well justified and would use Brian, Andrea and Tall Poppy again.

I am so happy we chose Tall Poppy for the recent sale of our mother's house. Brian, Andrea and Jim have been marvellous. Their passion and love for what they do was very evident. Never having done this before, it was a big learning curve for me but they made the whole process a breeze which alleviated all pressure. Communication was fantastic, very respectful, professional, and everything was made clear all along the way. They were always happy to promptly answer any queries at whatever time of the day. Regular visits were made to my mother (in a rest home) to keep her in the loop, and to sigh papers. She especially enjoyed Brian giving her a rendition of an Elvis song (on his knees). Lol.
