Stacey is a star - the best real estate agent we've ever dealt with!
We bought our first home with Stacey's help and really liked her approach, professionalism, communication, personality, knowledge and experience in the industry. I remember saying "I'd like to work with Stacey again if we ever need to sell the house". So, we did. The outcome exceeded all our expectations, the house was sold quickly and the amount we received was much more than we thought it would. I highly recommend Stacey, she'd be your best choice 100%.

Quality service and an amazing result! Highly recommend!
From the first Brian was professional, personable and highly competent. From the interview onwards he gave us the best advice on how to sell, quickly and effectively, how to prepare practically with all the relevant time frames eg LIM’s, inspections etc. all necessary information in order to be fully ready for sale! His process is transparent and excellent! Marketing fantastic! We chose some optional extras which were well worth it. His communication is straight forward and respectful (including to our neighbours) and he is always quick to respond. He helped us with presenting our home in its best possible light. He oversaw the whole process and did an excellent job. Brian is definitely not the “cheaper” option. He knows his stuff, willingly goes the extra mile and he achieved a dream sale. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

Working with Anna was exciting she is such a positive person
Anna’s knowledge of what marketing needed to be done to my property was right on the mark. I was always kept informed by phone text or emails. As I live in the South Island and not able to be there in person I could not have asked for a better person to leave in charge. Anna advised me what needed to be done to get the property ready for the market. Anna then arranged for tradesmen to come and do the work keeping me in the loop all the time. I will always be grateful to Anna for doing this it went way beyond what I expected. I find Anna a person of integrity and a very hard worker. This is the second property Anna has sold for me and I have no hesitation in recommending Anna to anyone who is selling their property. I wish her well for the future.
