Good morning We recently had Gerard and Sheree list and sell a home at 5 Ashforth Street, Wainuiomata. Gerard and Sheree were totally committed during the whole listing time. Every week an update was sent and was followed up by a phone call. We were encouraged to call them if we had any questions or query’s. At all times they were professional whilst maintaining friendly and welcoming contact. We had a choice of several friends/acquaintances we could have requested list the property, but Gerard and Sheree have a great reputation, which they proved they are more than worthy of. We met Brian more than 2 years ago in an open home. We didn't end up buying the house he was selling then but then his enthusiasm and commitment to both buyers and sellers made us decide to use him to sell our house.
