Jayden is down to earth, intuitive, practical, professional, positive and helpful. A think a bit of that comes from his background in a trade, but he's obviously grown into an exceptional real estate seller now. He had good practical suggestions pre sale to give the house the best change of selling. He went above and beyond for us arranging garden maintenance crews and getting keys cut seeing we were from out of town. When it came to negotiations he didn't apply pressure but gently suggested things. I highly recommend him to anyone thinking of using him.
