We met Pip at an open home at a property which appeared to tick all our boxes. She had brochures all ready for us and the other people looking, and with Pip and her assistant whose name I didn't get, (my bad) we were shown the home and any of the many questions my husband asked was answered with knowledge or a promise she would find out for us.
