We had a mediocre experience with Beth. Our first contact with her was after our agreement was already unconditional so as such she was pretty disinterested and dismissive. We had previously been dealing with Lee Stringer on the purchase who was far superior to deal with. Beth's communication skills left a lot to be desired with sarcasm, impatience and condescension coming through in droves. Made to feel like I was being unreasonable in requesting something be rectified during the final inspection. There are much better agents out there.
