Top realtor who gets it done professionally.
If you want a professional energetic person to sell your property in a tough market this is your realtor of choice. Broadens knowledge expertise and contacts help him get the job done. He is informative punctual and always follows up after any contacts that he has made with a weekly report emailed to you showing all the information of how things are going. This being our first house selling experience in New Zealand we were unsure what to expect but we needn’t have worried. Pleasure to work with
Braden was excellent to work with. Liked working with Braden more than his assistant. Only because he was more realistic and knew the area well. He was relatable in that way. I think with the way the market was working being on the down turn was a difficult time, we wanted as much as we could, as most buyers do, and the market was dropping and no buyers. Braden did come through and got us a good offer for the market.
