Kia ora, I found Mitch to be a really reliable and accommodating real estate agent. He was not phased when my electrical inspector was late and liaised with the building inspector so I didn't need to be involved at all. When going through the Sales and Purchase agreement he did so in a way that made it easy to understand and responded to my questions in an informative manner.
