The team with Steve worked well to concentrate on different areas of the sale process. Having three agents to work with does have it challenges but more benefits. Steve communicated well especially when asked for more detail. Responses were timely and with great knowledge of the process and market. Feedback on buyers was detailed and enabled easy discussion on decision making. They did heaps of background work to supply information needed. Knowledge of the local market was impressive. Made for a quick deadline sale.

Communication with Cara was quick and easy on the many occasions we spoke. There was plenty of back and forth. My counters were questioned but I believe always conveyed to the seller along with my views. Likewise I received the same. Post the agreement on rates, Cara was excellent in assisting with the handover of the property and continues to be. I would utilise Cara as my agent again. I am happy with her service and the end result.
