Made contact with stephanie as we have dealt with her in the past, I was looking for a house to flip as this is what we do and she was all over it, Looked at property 2 days later and negotiated an offer with the vendors off market so win,win for both parties. And will also be selling the property once finished with stephanie as she gets results.

Good @ selling herself
Stephanie from the moment we meet, sold herself very well, and gave us an accurate appraisal (we had 3) From the moment she walked in to the house she had a buyer in mind (but she did not disclose this to us at that time) The house was sold b4 it went on the market, but still put up a for sale sign, which I asked her to remove. She did. She made an appointment, with the buyer, at a time that I told her that I could not attend, & she upset when I didn't arrive at the time wit h the keys. I also told her that we would be working on the property up to & including settlement day. I was at the property at 7am this morning, finishing off.. b4 hand over. Over all I felt that she had a buyer after the 1st inspection (& this sale was easy money for her)
