Very professional, kind and helpful
From initial contact to the final purchase of our house, Kylie and her team were very attentive, making our purchase easy to achieve. Even after we bought our house, the team were there to help answer questions, making our move easier and making us feel welcome to our new home.

Exceptional Performance
From our very first meeting with Kylie we were extremely impressed by her. Kylie responded immediately to the many questions that we had and always did so in a very respectful way to the Vendors. She made the process of us placing an offer and the negotiations that followed an enjoyable one, greatly assisted by her calm and confident way. very professional
I have been working with Kylie for a few years now and we do share lots of things in common. She has always helped me not just as an agent but in so many ways. This particular property is a special one and she has found the next perfect owners to keep the property as an ongoing business to share to guests as a accomodation. She will know exactly what to do and what to advice to both vendors and purchaser. This is why I love working with her when it becomes to selling my property. She also gives me perfect advice when I am looking at properties listed with a different agent which is always very helpful as her feed backs are very professional. I am really happy with the outcome with this one as the new owners will make this place more special and have great communications with handing over the property and the business. Amazing agent!
When I bought a property in Wanaka Kylie was the agent and I found her great. So she was the right choice when I needed to sell.
