the best thing we done on our home buying experience was view one of adams open homes. nothing was ever a problem, no question went unanswered, nothing was ever a "silly" question. the house we purchased was the 1 house we didnt want to view, but as soon as we stepped inside i fell in love with it. Adam made the offer phase easy and when we went into multi offer and i broke down he was very reassuring, gentle and explained the process in depth. Adam organised with vendor for us to have access to out the back to fence for our dogs prior to settlement which was a massive help. Adam worked well with our lawyer and kept us informed through every step. Should we ever sell or buy another property we would have no hesitation to use Adam and highly recommend adam for future sales. I wouldnt say buying a home is easy but he made something stressful fun. since purchasing home we have done huge renovations and cant wait for adam to view.
