What an exquisite, quick and painless process.
I approached Sharron last month with some questions about a section she had for sale- After a pretty tedius few months of searching and offering, I was left with pretty low expectations- It wouldn't be a massive payday afterall. I immediately felt like a priority. There was no pressure, no seediness or false urgency, just somebody who wanted to help me out as best as she could. She gave me all the information I wanted, answered every email and phone call, while treating me and the process with absolute integrity. This is my first 'major' purchase- so it's meant to be some big, intimidating and scary environment, But it just wasn't. Thank you for making this so easy Sharron, If I weren't building my dream home- I'd be selling it with you.

Sharron is intuitive about the market and will be honest about what is required for your property to sell. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and watch her meet you (more than) halfway, to get the best possible price for your house, with realistic consideration of market conditions.

Couldn't be happier with her help
My wife and I had viewed a few properties before, but the one Sharron was acting as the agent for was the one for us. We are really new to this whole house buying thing. We were quite unknowladgable and probably a bit naive. Sharron was super helpful and gave us a lot of great advice and guidance as first home buyers without being pushy and being very considerate of our situation. Sharron made the whole process easy for us.

Selling my rental property
I decided to sell my rental property in what turned out to be a very difficult time regarding people viewing the property because of the Covid-19 lock-down. Sharron has always been my go to real estate agent and she really excelled with this property. Sharron explained what was to be done to present the property and how this was to be done. The interest was very high in the property once viewing was allowed and it did not take long to have a signed agreement. I cannot thank Sharron enough for her professionalism and market knowledge. I recommend her to all my friends and family as I know that with Sharron you will always get the best result.

Selling my Dad's house
My Dad had recently passed away and I had to sell his house. Although it was a difficult time I chose Sharron because of her approach to the family that made us all feel confident in her ability to sell the house but also understanding what a sad time we were all going through. Within two weeks of dressing the house for sale, the house sold. An amazing outcome. Sharron's skills and knowledge of the market place are excellent and I have no hesitation using Sharron again and I have also passed her name onto family and friends.
