We met Sharon for the first time when we viewed one of her listings in Gulf Harbour in early October 2021, in the middle of a lockdown. Eleven days, two additional viewings, and lots of phone calls and emails later, we were successful in purchasing our new 'dream home' at auction and moved in 6 weeks later. We enjoyed working with Sharon who was helpful and courteous and did a great job of 'selling' the benefits and features of our new home. Everything went smoothly before and after our purchase, and we found Sharon very easy to deal with. Highly recommend her ... whether buying or selling!
what an amazing experience!. I have had some less than inspiring experiences in the recent past. Sharon was nothing like any of that. She was amazingly professional, and really knew her market. We happened on Sharon because my daughter did some research into agents in the area, and Sharon came up as the best by whatever measure you would care to choose. She was enormously helpful in every possible way, was totally committed to getting the best result possible and nothing was too much trouble. She was still signing up bidders right up to the auction. Her husband was in the background working along side her and also was tremendously helpful. I can't praise her enough, she made my experience as stress free as is humanly possible, and I thank her very much for what she has done for me. I would definitely recommend Sharon and Kirk for anyone wanting to sell a house, they are an outstanding team.
Sharron has been amazing to work with when we brought our dream property at the start of Dec. With already being such a stressful time of year she made all the purchase stuff seamless, easy and stress-free. Would be happy to work with her again as it was an amazing experience.

We had a very pleasant experience working with Sharon and Kirk on our sale. The house is on an acre of sloping land which requires considerable upkeep, so it only appeals to a limited market. We therefore took Sharon's advice and put a price on it rather than going to auction. Despite the lockdown restrictions Sharon and Kirk had lined up at least 5 groups for our opening weekend. By Monday, our price had been met by 2 buyers. Sharon managed to raise their offers a little and we were faced with a choice of which one to select. I was impressed with the details Sharon gave me on each buyer and although she didn't make any recommendation they were a great help in reaching a decision. Since then everything has gone very smoothly and having met the young couple and their children feel they will be very happy in their new home. The professionalism and communication shown by Sharon and Kirk has been outstanding and would recommend their service to any future vendors.
