I don't write agent reviews. I'm making an exception. I sold my Waikanae property with Sharalyn and her team while living well out of the region. When the lawns needed mowing and odd jobs needed doing before open homes, the team jumped into action. Not arranged, not quoted, did them. No inflated appraisal to win the listing, which is exactly why it sold in a tight time frame in a market where overpriced stock sits for months.
