Absolute Superstar!!

Brenda and the Rise Realty team showed exceptional market knowledge and commerciality when it came to getting our home on the market. The council CV's came out the week after we listed and this could have derailed our process quite easily (and a few buyers tried their luck!). Brenda's skill and experience made sure the value was well understood for the property and we nailed a contract in under 3 months at a price we were very happy with - and approx $250k higher than other well known agents projections - so clearly we had the best agent on the job! Thanks Team Rise Realty!!

Exceptional Sales Service!

Brenda is the best! She is very efficient, goes above and beyond and delivers exactly what you need

We couldn't thank Brenda enough for the support and knowledge around purchasing our newly built home. We first meet Brenda at one of the many open homes and she was the only agent who put in the time and effort to personally show us around Te Awamutu and the options available. We lived out of town so it was difficult to get over and Brenda made it all work without question she was there. She had a lot of knowledge about the area and advice and understood what we were looking for. There were a lot of time pressures but Brenda had such great communication and organizational skills to keep us informed each step of the way, and kept us on track with the least amount of stress. Brenda is super approachable and friendly in her delivery, she never made us feel like we couldn't ask her something and she does go above and beyond, she was always a phone call away. You won't be disappointed with her service we highly recommend her. Thanks again.
