Shani has been an awesome communicator regularly updating us on what has taken place during open homes. Has alleviated concerns that we had during the sale. Giving great advice on how to set the scene for the house photos and open homes. We found her to have a great sense of the market and set realistic expectations when it came to pricing allowing us to make informed choices ourselves, without setting us up to fail. Sharni never stepped out of her professional roll during negotiations. We never felt pressured either way to sell or not sell, and she checked in to make sure we were happy with the decision to sell without rushing us.
