Keen, enthusiastic, helpful and honest
Joanna maintained a great stream of communication and always checked for approval before making the big decisions. She was completely honest with her appraisal and did a great job with the presentation document - one of the reasons that I chose her over another agent. Joanna did not hesitate to give assistance with staging the house and I think that helped with the price it sold for. I loved her energy and enthusiasm and her honesty when things needed to be done.
