We travelled up to Kerikeri from Hamilton to view a number of properties, and Terri was very warm and welcoming, assisting us with showing us around with kids in tow, and answering all of our questions! We had a bit of a rollercoaster with the purchasing experience and she was a very calming and pragmatic presence during this time. I found Terri to be professional and honest, and very helpful during the process- as was Joanna, who took over from Terri and looked after me just as well. I can't thank either of them enough, I was over the moon with the result! We can't wait to move into our new home.

Joanna took over from Terri while she was out of the country, and looked after me during the last part of the buying process. She was very helpful and assisted me with negotiating a settlement that worked with the timeframe of our sale in Hamilton, and I was over the moon with the result!
