Great communication and a smooth sale process

Julie was wonderful to work with. Her communication was excellent, she was always responsive and communicated clearly, and her written reports after each open home were very valuable. She has an excellent knowledge of the local market and a great intuition. She was able to maintain a good level of interest from potential buyers despite the market still being relatively soft, whilst managing our own expectations throughout the process.
