Taupo Real estate 10/10

I found Taupo realestate excellent to work with they gave me all the right advice on how to sell my property, and there marketing strategy was on point,regarding the appraisal,they were the only realestate company that could give me the true transparent comparison of the property's in my suburb.they put a plus &minus dollar value on my property and the other property's that have sold in the suburb in the last 2 months,eg: property A has no double glazing but has a garage,my house has double glazing and a garage,and is fully insulated,they then give me what house A, sold for,and what my house will potentially get from the comparison of the 2 home in question,this is why I gave Taupo realestate 10/10 for being so transparent,and so easy to work with,They sold my house after the second open home ,I will be using Abbie and Julie in the future with my other property's,as well as any investment property's that I'll be looking at in the near future,Thanks heaps for making the process so stress free.
