I met Cherry socially and told her I was selling my home to a friend at what I thought was a very good price. She said that you never know what a house is worth until you put in the market. She said she would work hard and get the best price for me. I decided to list my property with her and I was very impressed with her marketing of my home. When we chose to sell our home we looked no further than Mel and Rebecca! We were so impressed with their rapid response to communication, all of our questions were answered really timely. We felt so at ease and relaxed throughout the whole process! It was like inviting a friend into our home, there was no pressure and when life happened that was okay too! We sold during a time of unknown after lockdown but were constantly reassured and felt like we were always in the loop!! Tawny’s got great knowledge of the housing market . As in houses that will sell fast. Tawny marketed my house by saying this won’t last long. And it didn’t . Cherry Holden was great to work with during what could have been a stressful time purchasing our first home in New Zealand. During Covid-19, as restrictions were made for us to go to Level 3, Cherry showed us through the home the day the restrictions were reduced. She ensured that all sanitary measures were taken and wanted to make sure she was doing the best and most responsible job she could for the vendors and us. Because of the excellent job she had done with marketing the home, we felt like we had been through the home already. The 3-d walk-through renderings of the home were an excellent selling point for us. We spent a lot of time reviewing the home with the virtual tours which we cast to our smart TV and we could see a much bigger picture which was essential to viewing the home during Level 4, a time where we couldn't physically go and see it. This gave us ideas and a time to think creatively about what we might need, and what could go where (if we were lucky enough to get the home), all from the comfort of a chair. Cherry made it such a smooth and stress-free transitional process for us and we always knew where we were in the process and the steps that followed. She was incredibly attentive and was able to respond to any questions that we had immediately. She obviously is very experienced in Real Estate and knows the industry inside out. Cherry Holden is an amazing agent who helped us immensely while we were buying our first home. We will forever be grateful for her knowledge and expertise in the whole process which made everything so much more simple and less frightening than it appeared to be. Cherry was the agent selling the home we bought and was very easy to communicate with, and always responded in a timely manner. She went above and beyond to make things go as smooth as possible. In the future, if we were to sell our home I would not hesitate to contact Cherry and request for her to be our agent. As a person who is disabled and finds it very difficult to get out and about to view multiple houses I very much appreciated that she had recommended the vendor include a 3D tour of our lovely new home, as this gave a clear indication whether houses were suitable or not. If browsing from out of town/district I can see there being a similar benefit
