Wendy was great all round, as I knew she would be.

Despite being a personal friend her professionalism was second to none and the lines were never crossed, a skill in itself. She was honest, realistic but always positive, non-judgemental, complimentary and human! - expressing her frustration (just to me of course) at the lack of response from some of the viewers she unwaveringly followed up for feedback. She respected without question my wishes, at the same time offering helpful advice when I looked to her for guidance; her final word was always "it's your decision". In the submission of the conditional offer, she applied her extensive knowledge, experience and skills, pointing out to my purchasers my willingness to meet the market which resulted in a significant $$ increase from their original offer, bringing the final price paid very close to my (reduced) list price. (I need to point out here that the price reduction was my suggestion, not Wendy's.) Wendy is such a hard-working soul with multiple listings on the go at any given time; I have already recommended her to a friend.
