Roxy kept us in the loop regularly while gently coaxing us to a realistic market value. Very professional yet personably and friendly, even watering our plants while we were away. Roxy first got our attention with her informative emails about the current market and listings. We thought they were polished and professional. From our first meeting Roxy was friendly, very knowledgeable and highly professional. She talked us through the options available and the pros and cons of each. We never felt pressured. She gave us a very accurate estimate and provided honest feedback on our property. Even when Roxy was on holiday she checked in on progress and was immediately in contact on her return. Overall the service we received was exemplary and I wouldn't consider any other real estate firm in Whangamata. An excellent sales price was achieved and all due to the fantastic team at Ray White. Thank you so much for the awesome job you have done from start to finish. We have been blown away by the level of professionalism the Ray White team have given to us. Thank you doesn't seem enough.

In the last three months I have needed to use the services of several real estate agents to complete four different transactions. The highly professional services that Reuben and Roxy provided me clearly went above and beyond the standard levels of service. They never pressured us to be more realistic about our expectations but provided current local market data and information about broader trends in real estate sales. After each of the many Open Homes she hosted, Roxy sent me a detailed summary of the attendees and their level of interest in the property. Reuben was empathetic with my struggle to sell a property that had been in my family for 75 years and to which I was deeply attached. They kept in touch constantly and were available to answer my queries promptly. They made me feel that I was their only current client. I highly recommend their services. I have to also mention the beautiful framed pen and ink sketch by his wife Alex of my old bach that Reuben gifted me at the end of our transaction! Definitely above and beyond!!
