Easy Process!
Tony was professional, helpful and supportive through the auction process (which I had never done). He arranged for me to see the house multiple times and gave me plenty of time to "feel" the house in making my decision. Tony did a fantastic job of selling our home.
He provided us with good information about other sales in the area explained the options and charges fully. Our property sold in just over a week and he arranged for the unused portion of the advertising to be refunded. He was always available to answer our questions.

Friendly, capable and hardworking.
Tony was absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s was like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for us. He really cared about us as clients as well as the community that he lives in. He worked hard all the way through the adversity of this year of COVID and didn't stop until we found our buyers. It was a long process for lots of reasons and Tony kept us informed the whole way through and continued to work with the same drive from beginning to end.

We engaged Tony to help us sell a 1950's house in Whakatane. The sale happened quite quickly in the end which suited our situation. The sale process itself went smoothly and was a reflection of the background work that Tony does. We found he kept to his word. Tony was very approachable and eager to assist where he could.
