I have known Kate 2018, when she helped me manage the passing of my mother's dear friend and her estates sale. So, I knew she was the go-to when my mother passed. Kate explained everything and answered all questions that helped put my brother at ease. Kate made the whole process of selling a less stressful situation for the family.
