Above and Beyond

Kate went above and beyond for the sale of my apartment. She helped us make key styling choices for our staging which in the end helped our property sell over another similar apartment in the building. The buyer specifically stated our property styling was the reason they chose to offer on ours. Further, she ended up getting us a decent increase on the other apartments for sale in the building at the same time. Kate kept us up to date after every open home and viewing and went above and beyond with international buyers wanting video walk throughs of the property. Will be using Kate again in the future for any future property sales as we trust she will go above and beyond to get us the best result.
